Theoretically, this should be great. This is my new healthy Chicken recipe. Ingredients:
10 oz. shredded red cabbage |
38 oz. skinless chicken breasts |
100 grams dijon mustard |
16 oz. baby carrots |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Lay cabbage in casserole. 2. Cover with 2 cups water. 3. Top with chicken breasts. Use paring knife to tenderize chicken breasts by poking little holes in them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 4. Spread mustard on top of chicken. 5. Top with baby carrots. Cover casserole. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-50 minutes, until done. |
