30 Minute One Dish Chicken

Dinner done in a hurry and low-fat to boot! This is a very easy chicken dish.
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 medium onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 medium zucchini, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-14 1/2 ounce can of diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish, place onion and chicken breasts.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Layer mushrooms and zucchini over chicken.
4. In a bowl, combine garlic, tomatoes, basil and oregano.
5. Pour over vegetables.
6. Cover tightly.
7. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
