We had this for dinner last night. It was not only fast but very good. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon fat |
3/4 lb ground beef |
2 small onions, diced |
2 cups celery, diced |
5 -6 ounces noodles, drained and hot |
2 cups tomatoes, cooked |
3/4 cup cheese, shredded |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook ground meat in hot fat until browned. 2. Add onions and celery; cook 10 minutes. 3. Gently mix in remaining ingredients.Simmer for 30 minutes. |
