5 can(s) crushed tomatoes 14.5 oz |
5 can(s) beef broth 14.5 oz |

1 yellow onion diced |
Directions:
1. Brown beef with onion and garlic in 5 quart dutch oven or large skillet over med heat for 5-6 minutes 2. add seasonings and stir to combine, heat 1 minutes 3. stir in pinto beans , broth and tomatoes 4. bring to boil , reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes uncovered 5. Garnish with onion and or cheese 6. side dish to go with 7. cornbread makes and excellent choice |
