Another experiment with smoothies that came out very well. Tasty! Great for breakfast. Ingredients:
1 ounce cream cheese |
1/4 cup cottage cheese |
1/4 cup ricotta cheese |
1/4 cup blueberries |
1/4 cup raspberries |
1/4 cup blackberry |
1/2 cup milk |
splenda sugar substitute, to taste |
Directions:
1. Blend together in ingredients. 2. Drink or serve over cereal. |
