Chunk these three ingredients into a slow-cooker and have dinner waiting for you. Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef |
48 ounces v8 vegetable juice |
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables |
Directions:
1. Brown and drain beef. Place in slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Cook on high 1 hour and then on low for 6 to 8 hours. 2. ***I like to use spicy V-8. |
