Not only does this only have 3 simple ingredients, it's ready in 10 minutes. This recipe only serves one but it can easily be multiplied for a family meal. Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce |
5 ounces salmon fillets |
salt and pepper, if desired |
Directions:
1. Preheat the broiler and combine honey with soy sauce. 2. Season salmon filet with salt and pepper (if desired) and broil for five minutes. 3. Drizzle with honey-soy sauce and broil an additional 2-5 minutes. 4. Serve with microwaveable rice.(Success Boil-in-Bag makes a rice that is ready in 10 minutes). |
