Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) rice rinsed |
4 cup(s) whole milk |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon or nutmeg or combination of the two |
1/2 cup(s) sugar (white or brown) i use 1/4 c of each |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 275. Wash rice; add remaining ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. (If doubling the recipe, a 9x13 dish works perfect). Bake in oven for 3 hours, stirring frequently during first hour. Add 1/2 cup raisins OR 2 eggs during last 1/2 hour. |
