3 Grilling Sweet and Sour Meat Glazes |

These sweet and sour sauces are great on grilled shrimp, turkey, beef, chicken and pork as well as salmon. When grilling, brush glaze on both sides 2 minutes before meat or seafood finishes cooking, then brush on again right after removing from the grill. For roasted salmon, brush glaze on before cooking. Ingredients:
3/4 cup orange marmalade |
1 1/2 teaspoons grainy mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon ginger, fresh, grated |
1 1/2 teaspoons liquid from chipotle chiles in adobo |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. Mix 1/4 cup orange marmalade with 11/2 tsp grainy mustard for Orange-Mustard Glaze . 2. Mix 1/4 cup orange marmalade with soy sauce and ginger for Soy-Ginger Glaze . 3. Mix 1/4 cup orange marmalade with liquid from chipotle chiles in adobo and lime juice for Chipotle-Lime Glaze . |
