3 Egg White Omelet with Vegetables Ingredients:
3 egg whites (omlet) |
2 ounce ham |
2 ounce onion |
1 tomato (cherry), 5 each, raw |
1 ounce mushroom |
Directions:
1. Spray frying pan with oil. Saute onions until translucent. Saute ham, onions and tomatoes. 2. Separate egg whites. Add a little water. Mix egg whites and water. Spray frying pan with a little oil. Fry egg whites. 3. Add vegetables to pan with egg whites and fold. Remove from heat. |
