I got this recipe from my Aunt. We would only get this when she came to visit at Christmas. This is very simple and so good! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 cup sour cream |
1 egg |
1 (16 ounce) can corn, drained |
1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn |
1 (9 ounce) box corn muffin mix |
Directions:
1. Combine butter, sour cream and egg. Stir in both cans of corn and the muffin mix. Spoon into a well creased casserole dish. 2. Bake 1 hour at 350°F until golden brown. |
