Creamy Creamy Cheesy Mac.. Soooo good!! From Recipe Club on the Net Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces |
2 cups uncooked macaroni or pasta |
15 ounces ricotta cheese |
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 1/2 cups boiling water |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Spread butter pieces across bottom of slow cooker. Top with macaroni, Ricotta cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well. Pour boiling water over mixture, but DO NOT STIR. Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. 2. When recipe completes cooking, stir and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |
