This is a great summer cool dish. Can be made and keep for up to a week. Great doubled or tripled for big crowds. Ingredients:
1 can kidney beans(16 oz) |
1 can waxbeans(16 oz) |
1 can green beans(16 oz) |
1/2 c. vinegar |
1/2 c. salad oil |
1/4 c. water |
1/2 c. onion |
1/2 c. green pepper |
1 1/2 c. sugar |
1 1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Drain beans and put in dish. 2. Mix rest of ingredients and put in the dish with the beans 3. Marinate overnight. 4. **This dish keeps well in glass containers. |
