This recipe has been a part of every holiday in our family as long as I can remember. It can be eaten hot, the day of, and cold, as a salad the next day. It's an unusual combination of flavors that actually come together and make a wonderful side dish . Read more . Goes GREAT with ham and turkey Ingredients:
1 package frozen french beans |
1 package frozen baby limas |
1 package frozen english peas |
1 cup mayo |
1tb. vegtable oil |
1 tb. worcestershire sauce |
dash tobasco |
1 med onion minced |
4 hard boiled eggs sliced |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook each package separately according to directions and drain all together in colendar. 2. Mix the remaining ingredients for a sauce and keep at room temp. 3. Place cooked, drained vegtables in the dish and mix in sauce and boiled eggs. That's it! Hope you enjoy our families traditional dish. |
