This is a very delicious and easy dip! From one of my church cookbooks. Serve with tortilla chips and/or fresh cut up vegetables. Ingredients:
1 -2 lb hot monterey jack pepper cheese |
1/4 cup pimiento |
1/2 lb spinach |
Directions:
1. Melt hot pepper jack cheese. 2. Add 1/2 to 3/4 c spinach, lightly steamed. 3. Add 1/4 c pimentos. 4. Stir ingredients together. 5. Serve hot. |
