I found this on a copycat site. It is great. Ingredients:
3 boxes jiffy cornbread mix |
3 eggs |
1 cup milk |
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies, drained |
1 (4 cup) package mexican blend cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Make cornbread according to box instructions. 2. Add drained chilies and cheese to batter. 3. Pour in 9x13 greased baking dish. 4. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. 5. Serve with butter, if desired. |
