My mother in law gave me this recipe it is very good! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2 canned pinto beans, 15 oz (1 drained) |
2 cans rotel tomatoes, 10 0z (1 drained) |
1 bag minestrone soup, 10 . 5 oz (better than canned) |
1 lb velveeta cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef and drain. Cook soup by recipe on bag then add the ground beef and all other ingredients until cheese is melted. |
