2nd Time Around Grilled Bruschetta |

As a college student, I try to utilize my leftovers in various ways. This idea was great because I had tomatoes left over from tacos, which was turned into Mom's Bruschetta /recipe/moms-bruschetta-434144 and then had it the next day as a great snack. Also would be a fantastic appetizer. Ingredients:
1/2 cup gorgonzola dolce blue cheese |
2 -4 sprigs fresh basil |
Directions:
1. Reheat /recipe/moms-bruschetta-434144. 2. Slice your baguette into 1 inches pieces. 3. Place on grill or grilling pan on low. 4. Turn over when toasted. 5. Top with your leftover bruschetta, fresh basil, and Gorgonzola cheese. 6. Remove when cheese is melted. |
