Yummy make ahead salad- even better as leftovers! Ingredients:
6 cups lettuce, shredded or torn into pieces |
salt, pepper, sugar |
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced |
10 oz frozen peas, thawed |
1 lb crispy bacon, crumbled |
1 cup shredded swiss cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup green onions, chopped |
paprika |
Directions:
1. In glass bowl (for looks!), layer ingredients in order listed. 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 3. Stir just before serving. |
