20 Minute Garlic Rosemary Chicken & Brown Rice Dinner |

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil |
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.) |
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, divided |
3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed,divided |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-sodium chicken broth |
1/3 cup water |
1 cup minute brown rice, uncooked |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. 2. Add chicken; sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. 3. each of the garlic powder and rosemary. 4. Cover. 5. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through. 6. Remove chicken from skillet. 7. Add broth and water to skillet; stir. 8. Bring to boil. 9. Stir in rice and remaining garlic powder and rosemary. 10. Top with chicken; cover. 11. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. 12. Remove from heat. 13. Let stand 5 minutes. |
