Yet another smoothie/milkshake experiment gone well. Yea, I love cottage cheese, you can tell. Ingredients:
1 banana |
1/2 cup peach |
1 cup skim milk |
1/3 cup cottage cheese |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon almond extract |
splenda sugar substitute, to taste |
Directions:
