Spicy cheese sauce can be used as dip, side, or dressing.
Ingredients:
2 green onions, chopped
4 oz green chile, diced
1 cup ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 dash garlic powder
1 cup reduced fat milk
8 oz. light velveeta, cubed
Directions:
1. Saute onions (and green chile if fresh) in olive oil until tender. Add tomato and can of green chile. Saute about 30 seconds. Add milk and Velveeta. Stir over med-low heat until cheese is melted. Serve as dip for side or pour over as sauce.
