This an easy, delicious recipe from Campbell's Kitchen. Serves: 4 Prep. time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Ingredients:
1 tbsp. vegetable oil |
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast, halves, skinless, boneless (4 to 6) |
10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup, campbell's (regular or 98% fat free)(1 can) |
1/3 cup water |
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp. fresh basil,chopped leaves or dried basil leaves, crushed |
1/2 cup tomato, italian plum, chopped |
1 tbsp. butter |
Directions:
1. HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. 2. ADD soup, water, tomato, parsley and basil. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Stir in butter just before serving. |
