Sugar, spice and everything nice, including vitamins A, B6, C and Beta-Carotene.The banana doesn't have to be frozen, but it's a quick way to make a cold smoothie without dealing with ice. Just peel the banana and wrap it in foil, then put in the freezer overnight. Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk (or light soy or almond milk) |
1 frozen banana |
1/2 cup canned pumpkin |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
1/2 tablespoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend and enjoy! |
