very very tasty, my family loves this recipe and its very simple! Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine (approx 1 stick) |
3/4 cup chopped green pepper |
1/3 cup onion |
3 eggs |
17 ounces whole kernel sweet corn, with liquid |
17 ounces cream-style corn |
8 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. 2. Saute green peppers and onions in margarine. 3. Combine the all ingrediants EXCEPT for the cheese and mix well. 4. Pour into a greased two quart casserole dish. 5. sprinkle with cheese and bake for 45-55 minutes. 6. let sit for 5 minutes before serving. |
