Spring.. It's about time. Ingredients:
1 bunch radish |
1 bunch scallion |
1 head lettuce, hearts |
french dressing |
Directions:
1. Slice radishes very thin [use the mandolin but be careful ok?] Marinate them in the dressing. 2. Chop up just the white part of the scallions. Add to radishes. Let sit about 1 hour. 3. Place on lettuce and if needed add more dressing. 4. For Vegan use a Vegan French Dressing. |
