Very easy and fast! Great when you don't have time to keep checking your rice!!! From Ricardo's magazine. Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice |
1 3/4 cups chicken broth |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place the rice in a strainer and rinse it well under cold running water. 2. Combine the rice and broth in a microwave-safe bowl. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Place the bowl in the oven and microwave on high power for about 15 minutes. 5. Stir; cover and let rest for 10 minutes. |
