Serve with a breadstick and a side of red grapes Ingredients:
2 cups water |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder |
2 cups minute white rice, uncooked |
1 cup chopped cooked chicken or 1 cup ham |
1/4 cup kraft mayo mayonnaise |
1 medium green pepper, chopped |
Directions:
1. MIX water, bouillon cubes and curry powder in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. 2. STIR in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Cool. 3. ADD chicken, mayo and red pepper; mix lightly. |
