15 Minute Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Dinner |

A very easy and delicious dinner to make, great with salad on the side, I have used cream of broccoli and works just as well and have used converted rice but take's longer to cook. Enjoy. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup |
1 3/4 cups milk or 1 3/4 cups water |
2 cups minute rice, uncooked |
2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen & thawed) |
Directions:
1. BROWN chicken in oil in large frying pan on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side; remove from pan. 2. ADD soup and milk to pan; bring to boil. 3. STIR in rice and broccoli; top with chicken and cover. 4. COOK on low heat for 5 minutes. |
