15 Minute (says it all) oh and it taste good too.... Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil |
boneless chicken breast |
condensed cream of chicken soup |
1 cup water |
2 cups minute rice |
2 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen & thawed) |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in oil until lightly browned. Remove from skillet. 2. Add soup and water to skillet and bring to a boil. 3. Stir in rice and broccoli. 4. Top with chicken and cheese. 5. Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes. |
