Found this on the Kraft site per request. Sounds like an easy fast meal to make on the run! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
1 cup water |
2 cups white rice, uncooked |
1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cut up |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. 2. Add chili, tomatoes and water; stir. 3. Bring to boil. 4. Stir in rice and prepared cheese product; cover. 5. Remove from heat. 6. Let stand 5 minutes. 7. Stir until prepared cheese product is melted. |
