This recipe was on the back of a box of Minute Rice. Ingredients:
2 cups rice, prepared |
1 lb beef flank steak, cut into thin strips |
1 tablespoon oil |
3 cups stir fry vegetables, thawed |
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook and stir steak in hot oil in nonstick skillet, about 5 minutes. 2. Add vegetables and teriyaki sauce; Cover. 3. Simmer on low heat for 4 minutes, serve over rice. |
