1 tablespoon oil |
1 lb boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes |
1 (2 1/2 ounce) envelope lipton beefy mushroom soup mix |
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can new potatoes, drained and cut into chunks |
1 (10 ounce) package peas and carrots, frozen and thawed |
Directions:
1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown steak. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until steak is tender. |
