Easiest cake I have ever made!!! cooks well and keeps well Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
2 cups sugar |
3 eggs |
4 cups self-rising flour |
2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and beat until lighter in colour and creamy. 2. Cook in moderate oven. 3. Also good for lamingtons or jelly cakes. |
