Yummy. Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 egg beaters egg substitute |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In mixer, beat margarine, sugar, eggbeaters and vanilla. 2. Add dry ingredients. 3. With floured hands, press into 11 tart pan. 4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. |
