4 cups shredded cabbage |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chili sauce |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
2 tablespoons pickle relish |
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar |
1 hard cooked egg, finely chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, add shredded cabbage. Set aside. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, sour cream, relish, vinegar, salt and pepper. 3. Mix well. 4. Add the chopped egg and mix. 5. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the cabbage. 6. Stir well to combine. 7. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. 8. Makes 4 cups of cole slaw. |
