100% Whole Wheat Bread (Abm)

I got this recipe from my Oster Bread maker book. I like that this recipe has so few ingredients. I added seeds and currants to the mix. This recipe is really tasty. The crust is crunchy and the inside is quite dense. I think next time I'm going to add some white spelt to lighten it up a bit. The flavour is really good and it's delicious with a little butter or Vegan margarine.
Ingredients:
1 5/8 cups water
1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 teaspoons salt
4 2/3 cups whole wheat flour (i used whole grain spelt)
3 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
1. Add the ingredients in the order shown above making sure the water is slightly warmed and that the yeast doesn't touch it. Make a well in the top of the flour and add the yeast in there, that will help.
2. Cook on the whole wheat setting.
3. This is a 2 pound loaf.
4. I used a medium crust.
5. Press start and away you go.
