Add 1 tsp of cinnamon for cinnamon-blueberry muffins Adjust by 20 for rest of day Ingredients:
3/4 c fat free soymilk |
1/2 c applesauce |
1/4 c water |
2 c whole wheat pastry flour ( you can use white all purpose if you prefer) |
1/2 c sugar |
3 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp salt |
1 c blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
Directions:
1. Mix wet ingredients. 2. Mix dry ingredients. 3. Add blueberries to dry ingredients and coat with the flour mixture. 4. Mix together and bake at 400 degrees for about 18 minutes. |
