Very good chocolate cake made with Hellmans mayonaise! It's really good. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
4 tablespoons cocoa |
1 cup mayonnaise (i use hellmans) |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a sifter, sift into large bowl.
2. Make a hole in center of flour mixture and add next 3 ingredients.
3. Mix until smooth. Grease & flour a 9x9 pan. Bake 35-40 minutes. Frost with favorite frosting.
