A quick and easy recipe I got from Kraft. Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth |
1 cup salsa |
2 cups minute rice, uncooked |
4 ounces velveeta cheese, cut up |
Directions:
1. Mix broth and salsa in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. 2. Add rice and velveeta; stir. Cover and remove from heat. 3. Let stand for 5 minutes. 4. Stir until velveeta is melted. |
