This is a QUICK, NUTRITIOUS, HEALTHY breakfast. I had this for lunch today, and it kept me going for many hours ahead! Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 cup rice krispies |
1 cup corn flakes |
Directions:
1. Stir in all these in a bowl, put down your chef hat, remove the apron, sit back in your royal chair, pick up the spoon and enjoy! |
