This recipe is amazing,extremely easy and very healthy! Ingredients:
100 g vermicelli |
rice paper |
12 pre-cooked prawns |
4 iceberg lettuce leaves |
1 avocado |
sweet chili sauce (to serve) |
Directions:
1. First put the vermacelli noodle in warm water and drain when soft. 2. Next place 1x ricepaper in warm water for about 40 second and then transfer to a tea towel. 3. Add 1/4 (25g) of the noodles to the ricepaper and top with 3 tiger prawns each with a leaf of lettuce, two teaspoons of avocado and then roll them. 4. Repeat with the other three rolls and serve immediately with sweet chilli sauce, do not refridgerate. |
