1 Point Chili from Weight Watchers with ground turkey, chicken broth, diced tomatoes and tons of veggies. Ingredients:
20 oz lean ground turkey |
1 cup frozen corn |
1 oz dry chili seasoning |
2 medium zucchini, diced |
6 oz squash, diced |
5 oz green peppers, diced |
6 oz white onion, diced |
6 green chili peppers, diced |
15 oz black beans |
56 oz diced tomatos |
4 cups chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Ground Turkey 2. Add all ingredients into stock pot 3. Simmer for 30 minutes |
