I created this recipe when I had a lot of leftovers in my fridge from making the full on baked stromboli. Yet, I was about to go to work and wanted something quick to snack on before leaving. Thus, this recipe was born. :) Ingredients:
1 tortilla |
2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, shredded (i just put enough shredded mozzarella to fit the tortilla) |
5 slices pepperoni |
1 slice provolone cheese |
1 slice ham |
Directions:
1. Layer onto the tortilla the ingredients in the order they are listed. 2. Roll up, face seam side down. 3. Microwave for 35 seconds on HIGH. 4. ENJOY! |
