This smoothie is soooo good and sooooo easy. Ingredients:
6 oz fat free yogurt |
1/2 cup peaches |
1 tsp splenda |
Directions:
1. Put 1 container of fat free yoplait vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup sliced peaches, and 1 tsp vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth. 2. Drink immediately. |
