A low-carb, protein-laden muffin ready in one minute. Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter |
1 egg |
1/4 cup soy flour or flax seed or almond meal |
1/4 tsp baking powder |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a microwave, add all other ingredients and microwave for one minute. The bread roll will be a bit moist, but it'll dry so don't keep it in the micro for too long. |
