1-2-3 Lemon Cookies

This is super easy! My son's favorite cookie. Try some different flavor cake mixes too! I use a small scoop to form balls of dough.

Ingredients:

1 egg

2 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons milk

1 lemon cake mix

sugar

Directions:

1. Combine egg, milk and oil.
2. Stir in cake mix until it clings together.
3. Form into one-inch balls.
4. Roll in sugar.
5. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
