Don't have to add the splenda. ..... Make sure to use the Bread Hooks and that they are going in the *DOWN* direction. ..... Pre-Heat Oven 350 degrees Bake 7-10 mins or until bottom of cookies is a light golden brown. Ingredients:
2 cups sour cream |
4 cups bisquick |
3 tablespoons splenda |
1/4 teaspoon fine dessert filling |
Directions:
1. Use Bread Hooks - Make sure that they are going in the DOWN direction. Otherwise the batter will travel up the hooks and into the mixer. 2. Mix together the dry ingredients. 3. Add sour cream 4. Mix until it forms a dough ball. 5. Lightly flour the cutting board, using Bisquick 6. Roll our the dough to 1/4 inch or less thickness 7. Using a Pizza Cutter, cut dough into desired size squares (2 X2 ) 8. Place the cut out squares onto an UNGREASED baking sheet or use PARCHMENT PAPER. 9. Gently press an indention in the center of each cut out cookie. 10. Put 1/4 teaspoon of filling in each indentation. 11. Bake in a Pre-Heated Oven 350 degrees for about 7-10 mins. or until the bottom of cookies a lightly golden brown. |
