Hot and frsh from the oven. Ingredients:
2 cups biscuit mix (bisquick) |
1 stick butter, melted |
1 (8 oz) ctn sour cream |
mix all together and place into a buttered mini muffin tin. bake for 10-15 minutes 400 degrees. don't need to be buttered. these freeze well and reheat easily in the microwave (approx 15 seconds thawed and 30 seconds frozen). makes about 1 1/2 dozen minis or 6 regular biscuits. |
