1 (10 ounce) package spinach |
2 carrots, chopped |
2 celery ribs, chopped |
1 onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
4 cups vegetable broth |
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, diced |
2 bay leaves |
1 tablespoon basil, dried |
1 teaspoon oregano, dried |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours. Remove bay leaves. |
